Kielbasa & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 2 links polska kielbasa
- 2 (27 ounce) cans sauerkraut
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 large onions
- 4 garlic cloves
Directions
- In a large pot, cut bacon into 1" wide pieces and brown.
- Drain fat and add onions and garlic.
- Cook until onions and garlic are soft.
- Add sauerkraut (one can should be drained, use the liquid from the other can).
- Slice kielbasa into 1/4" to 1/2" pieces and add to pot.
- Cook on low for 2-4 hours stirring occasionally (the longer the better).
