Ingredients
- 1 (420 g) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 yellow capsicum, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, chopped fine
- 1 avocado, chopped into chunks
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together and serve with either warm flour tortillas or corn chips.
