Kidney Bean Burgers

Yields: 6 burgers
Ingredients
- 100 g onions, finley chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 420 g kidney beans, mashed
- 100 g carrots, grated
- 75 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon vegemite
- handful basil leaves, torn
Directions
- Fry the onion & garlic in half the oil until just brown, then combine the remaining ingredients.When cool enough to handle, form into 6 burger shapes.
- Brush the burgers with the remaining oil & gril on high for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve.
