Kickoff Cookies

Not sure why the recipe lady named these this, but I guess it was in honor of the upcoming Superbowl. From a local cooking show. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, oats, and cornflakes.
  3. Stir in cooled melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add optional ingredients as you like - I added them all and they were delicious.
  5. In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add flour mixture to above mixture stirring to mix well.
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
