Yields: 12 pita halves

Ingredients

  • 6  whole wheat  pita breads
  •  butter
  •  jelly

Directions

  1. Spread each pita lightly with butter.
  2. Top with a layer of jelly.
  3. Cut the pitas in half and serve.
  4. Khubaz is usually served as an accompaniment to salads.
