Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup unpopped popcorn
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄8 cup light olive oil
- salt
Directions
- Pour olive oil into large saucepan. Add unpopped popcorn. Cover and heat over high heat.
- When first kernel pops, open cover and add sugar. Cover immediately.
- Shake pan vigorously until popping slows to less than 1 pop per 3 seconds, being careful not to allow popcorn to scorch.
- Immediately pour into large bowl. Salt to taste. Toss to break up clumps.
