Keto Cocoa Peppermint Fat Bombs

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1⁄4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 -4 tablespoons artificial sweetener (I use Xylitol)
- 1⁄3 cup hershey's special dark cocoa (plus extra for dusting)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
- Place softened cream cheese and butter in bowl. Beat with a mixer until soft and fluffy.
- Add sweetener. Start with 2 tablespoons and add more if you want it sweeter.
- Add cocoa and peppermint extract. mix until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for about an hour in the fridge.
- Form into balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Store in refrigerator or or freezer.
