Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 12 crackers
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- onion salt
- garlic pepper seasoning
- 3 lbs ground beef
Directions
- Mix in a large bowl, put in a 4" X 8" glass dish.Then put ketchup on top of the loaf.
