Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter (1/2 Stick)
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1⁄3 cup Bourbon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Cream butter by hand.
- By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon.
- DO NOT USE MIXER.
- Fold in pecans.
- Drop by 2/3 teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
