Kelly's Tuna and Rice Surprise

Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In large saucepan, cook the rice as directed to produce 3 cups.
- Boil the eggs.
- When ready, peel and slice using egg slicer.
- Add tuna, Cream of Mushroom soup, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper to the rice.
- Mix well and serve.
