Directions
- Brown the sausage.
- Remove sausage with slotted spoon.
- add butter to sausage drippings and melt.
- Add flour and Worcester sauce to butter and mix.
- add milk and sausage to mixture and cook for 15 minutes over medium/high heat until thick.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve over biscuits or country fried chicken or steak.
