Kefir No-Bake Cookies

  1. In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, and oats.
  2. Add kefir, salt, and peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop with a small cookie scoop onto parchment paper.
  4. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve or keep stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
