Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 6 teaspoons loose black tea
- 6 cardamom pods
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 3 cups milk
- sugar or honey
Directions
- Combine the water, tea, cardamon, and fennel seeds in a large saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 minute
- Add the milk and 2 min later strain the tea into cups.
- Add sugar/honey.
