Kat's Potato Salad

My sister, Kat makes this at Easter with ham. It's old fashioned mustard potato salad. She just uses plain French's mustard and Miracle Whip. It's delicious with BBQ or ham at Easter. Show more

  1. Cut potatos in small chunks (peeled or unpeeled).
  2. Combine potatoes in large mixing bowl with chopped celery, chopped onion, pimento, relish and eggs.
  3. Add MIracle Whip and yellow mustard.
  4. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (overnight is better).
  6. Serve.
