Kathy's Cookies for Marielle

This recipe was created by our neighbor Kathy Miedema, who's little girl could not have milk. She wanted her to be able to have special treats and came up with this!

• Yields: 2 dozen

Ingredients

• 1  cup margarine
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2  cups oats
• 1  cup  corn flakes
• 1  cup  butterscotch chips
• 1  cup mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Mix wet ingredients.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Fold in cornflakes and marshmallows.
4. Scoop onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
