Kathy's Coffee Cake

A delicious recipe from my mom's friend, Kathy.

• Yields: 1 pan

Ingredients

• 1  yellow cake mix
• 1 (6 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 4  eggs
• 3⁄4 cup  oil
• 1  cup cold water

• FILLING

• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  nuts, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put 1/2 of batter in a sprayed or oiled 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of FILLING mixture. Add rest of batter, then rest of FILLING on top. Bake 40-55 minutes. Cool completely and top with DRIZZLE.
