Kathy's Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 8 1⁄2 ounces crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, cut fine
Directions
- sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Pour into three 8 or 9 inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
