Kathy Hirdler's Fire Camp Chili Con Carne With Beans

.This is a recipe that I adopted and have not had a chance to work with it yet.

Serves: 120

Yields: 60 gallons

Directions

  1. Soak Beans overnight, then raise to a bOil on high heat.
  2. Add all ingredients and simmer until tender (about 6 hours).
  3. Add Water as necessary.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Winner, 1987 World.
  6. Championship.
