  1. Melt butter add onion and garlic and cook till soft.
  2. Add flour and stir.
  3. Add tomatoes, lemon rind and juice, herbs, salt and pepper, wine, and tomato paste.
  4. Stir well for 2-3 minutes on a gentle heat.
  5. Add beans, corn, tuna, and parsley.
  6. Stir and heat through.
  7. Garnish with parmesan if desired.
  8. Serve with pasta or rice.
