Kate's Spinach Baguette Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 six-inch baguette
- 1⁄2 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
Directions
- Cut the baguette in half, longwise.
- Rinse the spinach, squeeze it flat between both hands, and dry it gently between two paper towels so that it retains its shape.
- Spread the cream cheese on the bottom half.
- Put half the spinach on top and cover it with half the balsamic vinegar.
- Put the other spinach over that and cover it with the rest of the vinegar.
- Sprinkle the basil over the top.
