Serves: 10-12

Ingredients

  • 2 (2 ounce) packages corned beef (sliced deli meat, diced)
  • 2  cups mayonnaise
  • 2  cups swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1  cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 1  loaf  miniature party rye rounds (loaf of mini rye bread slices)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake, covered, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (May also be microwaved for about 5 minutes on high.).
  3. Serve with the Party Rye bread.
