Kate's Reuben Dip

Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
- 2 (2 ounce) packages corned beef (sliced deli meat, diced)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup sauerkraut (drained)
- 1 loaf miniature party rye rounds (loaf of mini rye bread slices)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake, covered, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (May also be microwaved for about 5 minutes on high.).
- Serve with the Party Rye bread.
