Kate's Dessert Coffee

Small cup of coffee, with chocolate and cinnamon hints, to have with dessert. I used Folger's Instant Coffee and Nesquick Chocolate Milk Mix.

• Yields: 3/4 cup

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1  dash cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon  powdered chocolate milk mix
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 2  tablespoons milk

Directions

1. Put the water in a microwave safe mug and heat it on high for 1 minute or until very hot, almost boiling.
2. Add the instant coffee, cinnamon, chocolate milk mix, and sugar. Stir.
3. Add the milk and stir.
4. Reheat if needed.
