Kate' Famous Ham Rolls

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream chesee with the green and black olives and pimiento until all the olives are covered well and the cream cheese is really soft.
  2. Lay out a piece of ham and spread the mixture on it evenly -- just a light coating of it, but not so light that you can see through it. Roll the piece of ham jelly-roll style and place it on a plate. Repeat this procedure with the rest of the ham.
  3. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Right before serving, bring the plate out and cut the pieces of ham into 3/4-inch bites. Put a toothpick through each bite and put them on a platter to serve.
