Kasha and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 (8 ounce) package mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup buckwheat groats
- 1 egg
Directions
- boil water and bouillon.
- add mushrooms.
- add 1 c kasha in another saucepan over medium heat.
- add egg to the kasha and cook until dry.
- add the broth to the kasha and simmer on low (15 min).
