Karen's Rhubarb Surprise

Tasty and easy dessert cake to whip up

Ingredients

  • Cake Mix

  • 1 (18 ounce) package  yellow cake mix
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 13 cups water
  • 13 cup  oil
  • Rhubarb Mix

  • 4  cups rhubarb, chopped fine
  • 1 34 cups sugar
  • Topping

  • 1  pint  whipping cream

Directions

  1. Mix cake mix as directed on box and put in 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Mix sugar and rhubarb together.
  3. Pour rhubarb mix over cake mix in pan.
  4. Pour whipping cream over top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
