Karen's Corn Fritter's!

Yields: 8 Fritters
Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add corn to dry ingredients.
- Beat 2 egg yolks till thick and add to corn mixture.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Drop by tsp full in deepfat fryer at 365 F for 4-5 minutes.
- Or drop by spoonfuls into frying pan of oil for 5-6 minutes.
