Kana's Hawaiian Pine Tar Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce, honey
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1⁄2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Directions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish, then add a 1/3 of the BBQ sauce and rub it inches.
- Place pineapple chunks over the dish and add the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- When ready pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Remove the plastic wrap and drizzle olive oil all over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 185°F.
- Remove from oven and serve.
