Kana's Hawaiian Pine Tar Chicken

This is a great way to bake chicken breasts without all the fat.

Directions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken in the baking dish, then add a 1/3 of the BBQ sauce and rub it inches.
  4. Place pineapple chunks over the dish and add the remaining BBQ sauce.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  6. When ready pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  7. Remove the plastic wrap and drizzle olive oil all over the top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 185°F.
  9. Remove from oven and serve.
