  1. Cook Bacon in skillet till crisp.
  2. Drain, Crumble, set aside.
  3. Add onions to pan.
  4. Cook till softened.
  5. Add Garlic, pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook 1 minute.
  7. Stir in vinegar.
  8. Transfer to slow cooker.
  9. Add broth, beans and Kale cook on low for 8 hours.
  10. Stir in Sausage and reserved bacon.
  11. Cook another 30 min on high till heated.
