Kale Salad

Ingredients
- 120 g kale
- 1⁄3 cup almonds
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium pear
- 1⁄3 cup black beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese
Directions
- Soak Kale, remove stems, and tear into small pieces. Add everything else and mix together, leaving avocado for last, just putting it on top with a pinch of salt.
