Kale and Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beans
- 2 -3 cups kale
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Heat oil large pot medium heat
- Add garlic celery onion.
- Add salt pepper
- Cook 4-6 minutes stir.
- Add bean kale rosemary 7 cup water
- Cover 5 minutes
- Remove stove.
- Add lemon stir serve.
