Kalakhand Milk Cake Barfi

Yields: 6-8 squares
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) container whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups powdered milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients with melted butter and place in a baking pan.
- Bake at 350 deg F.
- Stir the mixture frequently, more frequently as it begins to brown (to even out the browning).
- When the mixture is a light golden brown, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.
- Cool, pat it down and cut into squares.
