  1. Bring butter to room temp (can do in microwave for 33 seconds at .3 power).
  2. Place in mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar. Beat with whisk.
  3. Reconstitute the instant coffee in the kahlua and vanilla -- add to bowl -- beat until light and fluffy.
  4. If using cocoa instead of instant coffee, all can be just put in bowl without the reconstituting.
