Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup instant coffee
- 1 quart vodka (100 proof)
- 1⁄4 cup pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add instant coffee. Stir well to dissolve completely.
- Let cool until lukewarm.
- Add vodka and vanilla.
- Stir well; bottle in brown bottles.
- Let stand for 2 weeks.
