Directions

  1. Bring water and sugar to a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add instant coffee. Stir well to dissolve completely.
  4. Let cool until lukewarm.
  5. Add vodka and vanilla.
  6. Stir well; bottle in brown bottles.
  7. Let stand for 2 weeks.
