K-Jon's Garlic & Herb Cheesy Bread

I made this a few years ago for Mother's Day Pasta Dinner. Now I have to make it every year. It is a very rich and flavorful butter spread.

• Serves: 4-6
• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 4  teaspoons chives, fresh
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried parsley
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 4  teaspoons garlic, fresh minced
• 3  tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
•  cheese, italian blend
• 1  loaf  French bread

Directions

1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. combine room temp butter and the rest of Ingredients except Italian cheese.
3. spread over french bread.
4. now add Italian blend cheese.
5. cook until golden brown and cheese melted.
