K-Jon's Buffalo Wing Sauce

rich, spicy and best wing sauce recipe ever!

Ingredients

• 1  cup  cayenne pepper  hot sauce (Wingers, Franks, Red Devil)
• 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
• 1⁄2 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 tablespoon sambal oelek (Asian ground Chili paste)
• 1  tablespoon sriracha sauce
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

1. melt butter with everything but hot sauce simmer 5 minutes.
2. add Hot sauce and boil 5 minutes more.
3. toss with chicken!
