Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 kg zucchini
- 60 g butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Slice and steam the zucchini.
- Melt the butter and toss with the steamed zucchini, add the lemon juice, crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
- Serve with chicken, pork or any of your favour meats.
- You could also serve it with nice steamed white fish.
