Junior League - Corn Dip

Ingredients
- 2 drained 16 ounce cans shoe peg corn (white)
- 1 finely chopped tomatoes
- 1⁄2 finely chopped green bell pepper
- 3 -4 tablespoons finely chopped canned jalapeno chiles
- 4 -5 finely chopped green onions
- 1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- generous amount of reduced-sodium lemon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill, covered, for 1 hour or longer. Serve with tortilla chips. You may also serve as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
