Ingredients
- 6 ounces chocolate chips, melted
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips, melted
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup shortening (or 1/2 c shortening & 1/4 c butter)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix the flour & baking powder and set aside.
- Cream the sugar, shortening, and salt.
- Then beat the eggs and coconut flavoring into the sugar mixture.
- Now, add the flour mixture.
- Finally, add the melted chips into dough.
- Mix well. Shape into balls with a teaspoon. Roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes.
