Judy's Ceasar Salad Dressing

Yields: 1 Large Salad
Ingredients
- 2 ounces anchovies
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon A.1. Original Sauce
- wine vinegar
- olive oil
- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- parmesan cheese
Directions
- Caesar Salad Dressing Without Egg Whites or Yolks.
- Crush or chop 3 or 4 cloves of medium to large garlic cloves with a little salt as desired.
- Crush one 2 oz. can of flat anchovies with the mixture of garlic and salt.
- Add 2 or more teaspoons to taste of dry mustard.
- Add 1/2 Tablespoon of A-1 Sauce.
- Add Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil to taste.
- Mix all of together.
- Then add grated parmesan on top of the tossed Romaine lettuce salad.
