Judy's Ceasar Salad Dressing

Simple no egg solution for a great fresh dressing

  1. Caesar Salad Dressing Without Egg Whites or Yolks.
  2. Crush or chop 3 or 4 cloves of medium to large garlic cloves with a little salt as desired.
  3. Crush one 2 oz. can of flat anchovies with the mixture of garlic and salt.
  4. Add 2 or more teaspoons to taste of dry mustard.
  5. Add 1/2 Tablespoon of A-1 Sauce.
  6. Add Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil to taste.
  7. Mix all of together.
  8. Then add grated parmesan on top of the tossed Romaine lettuce salad.
