Judy's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups seasoned croutons or 2 1⁄2 cups croutons
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 lbs breakfast sausage, cooked drained and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- On the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish layer as follows:
- Croutons.
- 1 cup of Cheese.
- All of the sausage.
- 1 cup of Cheese.
- Beat the eggs and 2 ¼ cups of milk and pour on top.
- Final step is to mix can of soup and half of can of milk and pour on top.
- Bake for 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees F.
- Notes:
- Can be put together the night before, covered and refrigerated, then baked the next morning.
- Is especially good for company or family holidays.
