Jonathan's Night Before Christmas French Toast

This is such a lovely Christmas Breakfast brunch - and very easy to do -

  1. Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt margarine and brown sugar; pour into baking pan. Place bread on top of this mixture. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together. Pour mixture over bread.
  3. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  4. Bake uncovered 350F for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with syrup and fruit.
