John's Italian Bread Machine Loaf

This is my brother's recipe. Awesome toasted with pasta!

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1  package  yeast
• 2  cups bread flour
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1  teaspoon olive oil
• 1  cup water, plus
• 1  tablespoon water
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  italian seasoning

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in inner pot to specifications of manufacturer, select"French" or"white" bread 1 ½ lb, medium crust and push start.
