Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Sift flour, baking soda & baking powder into a bowl, then add other dry ingredients & combine.
- Add all wet ingredients, mix well & let rest for at least 15 minutes before cooking as you would Pancakes.
