Joel's Sweet Sour Dressing

This salad dressing was a gift from Joel Erlich who featured it as a house dressing in all of his restaurants in California.

Ingredients

• 6  tablespoons  vegetable oil
• 4  tablespoons wine vinegar
• 4  tablespoons ketchup
• 1  teaspoon garlic, Minced
• 2  teaspoons honey
• 1  teaspoon  coriander, Dried
• 1⁄2 teaspoon basil, Dried
• 1  teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a screw-top jar.
2. Cover tightly.
3. Shake well.
4. Chill.
5. Shake again before serving.
