Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices bacon (crisped & chopped)
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sage
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
Topping
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg or 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, well.
- For topping; mix all ingredients together and spoon on top of meatloaf mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
