Jo-Ann's Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Frosting
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Cake:
- Bring to a boil the margarine, water and peanut butter, stir until creamy.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, soda and salt.
- Pour the boiled mixture into the dry mixture and stir.
- Add the milk, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
- Frosting:
- Bring to boiling the margarine, peanut butter and milk.
- Beat in the sugar until the lumps are gone.
- Spread on the warm cake.
- Enjoy!
