Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour, sifted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 slices candied pineapple
- 1⁄2 lb candied cherry
- 1 1⁄2 lbs dates, chopped
- 1 cup filberts
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs.
- Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Add dry ingredients and vanilla to wet mixture.
- Mix in fruit and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonful on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 325 F for 20 minutes.
