Jim Hollis Sauce for Burgers

Really jazz up your burgers with this sauce. Heat level is totally adjustable from none to "wow".

• Yields: 1 1/4 cup of sauce

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
• 1⁄4 cup ketchup (tomato)
• 2  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon mustard (yellow)
• 1  teaspoon hot chili sauce (I like Sriracha sauce, to taste)
• 2  sweet pickles (finely diced)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well, adjusting hot sauce to taste.
2. Chill well until ready for use - 1 hour to 24 hours.
