  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Break 1 egg into each of 6 ramekins coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine tomato, basil, and oregano.
  4. Top each egg with 1/4 cup tomato mixture.
  5. Combine milk, salt, and pepper; spoon 2 tablespoons milk mixture over tomato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  7. Place cups on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
  9. Serve with English muffins.
