Jicama Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups jicama, pared and cubed (8 oz.)
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
- In a large bowl combine jicama, cucumber and orange.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and chili powder; toss.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Just before serving, sprinkle lightly with salt.
